The Revenue Management Cum Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining all essential revenue-related reports for all revenue-generating areas of the Hostel.

Job Scope:

Revenue Management (Main Role)

• Maintain and implement as necessary the Revenue Management system as it relates to Booking Systems and ensure all statistics required for the Revenue Management reports are collated, maintained and reported as required.
• Maximise room sales as per selling strategy.
• Ensure that rates are communicated on time to the Reservations associates which will assist with the maximisation of revenue.

Job responsibilities

• · Perform daily work, including closing full set of book, preparation of annual financial statements, preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts payable payment support service, any other tailor made management reports.
• · Assist clients with accounting, payroll, GST and corporate tax related issues.

Job requirements

• · Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or Business or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications
• · Work experience (audit or business outsourcing) in Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage
• · Proficient in MS office, excel and comfortable in learning accounting/ tax systems

Job Scope

• Front-of-house duties such as managing the customer flow and seating arrangement, cashiering, order taking, serving of food and beverages, clearing of used culinary and utensils, answering of any enquiries from customers
• Back-of-house duties such as food preparation in the kitchen from cutting, slicing, packing, arranging of food items/ingredients, proper storage of food products, stock inventory
• Bar counter duties such as preparing hot and cold beverages like our signatures, bubble teas, alcoholic & non- alcoholic, taking orders for takeaways and deliveries, brewing various tea bases
