The Recruitment Consultant is to help the company to source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles. This role also needs to Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. • RTO (M&E) shall be conversant in reading construction drawing and specifications. He must also possess abilities to keep good records of documents for future reference.
• The RTO (M&E) shall possess skills for understanding the whole works sequence, fully understand the impact, to supervise the site works effectively and highlight to the next level, to avoid abortive works.
• Due to the nature of services laying and diversion works, working hours may not be normal working hours or days. The RTO (M&E) is expected to be deployed for work, beyond and/or on non-normal working hours or days, to fulfill the works requirement.
• The RTO-M&E shall minimum possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent; he must also minimum possess WSH certification and ensure the works are carried out safely.

Job Description:

• Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Cuisine dishes,

• Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Monitoring and controlling stock levels,

• Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for the restaurant,

• Meeting health and safety standards,

• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirement:

Job Scope

-Process payment, refund and receipt of transaction

-Carry out timely preparation approval and submission of monthly and yearly statement of accounts

-Ensure timely preparation of monthly and yearly statement of accounts for endorsement

-Ensure compliance with government procurement and financial procedures

-Assist to develop internal checks and control, SOPs and template to facilitate effective operation of the accounts

-Assist in customer service and administrative duties as/when required

The Schulte Group Management Trainee Programme seeks to accelerate the development of recent graduates through a dynamic working environment as they plan to build their career in years to come. Trainees can look forward to a rotational program, over a period of 18 to 24 months, to work across the Group’s business units and subsidiaries among different departments, companies and countries and onboard our vessels. WHAT’S THE JOB?

Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets and also part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) assisting Fire Emergencies.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Remain vigilant during duty post deployment and hotel patrol at all times and identify fire and security risks;
• Provide advice to staff and guests on security and safety issues;
• Liaise with external organisations including emergency services regarding security and safety issues;
• Log security incidents and accidents for guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel requirements;
• Ensure effective measure against trespassers and pilferage with no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises;
• Provide assistance for events or functions as required for VIPs, High Profile guests, Government, Owners, Royals, etc;
• Maintain daily occurrence duty logs, FCC orderly with proper handover duties;
• Ensure that the Fire Command Centre is never left unattended;
• Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points in order to lead and direct guest whenever possible;
• Attend to all alarms, medical & fire emergencies, and other similar matters;
• Evacuate premises and contact appropriate emergency services if required;
• In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan and be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment;
• Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire Hosereel, fire barriers, fire exit doors and all safety equipment to be in good working order;
• Comply with all the Hotel Policies and Procedures.

What we need from you

• Must possess PLRD license with relevant employment grading;
• Physically fit and active, able to work shifts, weekends, and/or holidays;
• Minimum tertiary education with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, in the hotel industry;
• Certified First Aid Trained with CPR & AED;
• Great communication skills with Guests and colleagues, ability to read, write and speak English;
• Simple problem solving, reasoning and organizational skills are required;
• Basic computer skills including the use of program such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
