Essential Experience / Criteria:

Serves as a compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)’s Surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. The Security Operations Center Cyber Fraud Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks on a 24x7 basis. · To support in upgrading and implementation of New Enterprise Resource Planning System and support SME for Manufacturing Process to achieve defined First Pass Yield, Productivity and Target Throughput

· Learn the existing system functions/features and Gather feedbacks from stakeholders.

· Work out the discussions with both internal and external parties and map out the requirements details.

· Work with cross-functional teams to understand and ensure the systems integration works smoothly.

· Perform Verification & Testing before implementation and ensure the new system meets business requirements and goals.

· Identify and document the change requests accordingly to fulfil the business needs.

· Provide ongoing supports before the system go live.

· Document out the new procedures and train to the respective parties on update-to-date process flows.

· Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.

· Responsible and track to ensure that project requirements are delivered as per timeline.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma with relevant experience

· Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry and system management are advantageous

· A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills

• Effective verbal & written communication skills, a positive attitude, an open mindset and a team-oriented individual.

· Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work.

· Self-driven with ability to multi-task and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Responsible for administrative support functions such as performing various daily and monthly reports, coordinating with vendors for external mails as well as performing client data updates.
• Responsible for documentation review and system setups. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
• Establishes and maintains close working relationship with stakeholders and within team to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs and queries such that these may be responded to in an efficient, prompt and professional manner.
• Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
• Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check points. Daily deliverable of routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• At least 1 year of experience in Client Onboarding/Client Data Maintenance focusing on Documentation Review and Static Data set-up.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go extra mile.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
