About the Role

To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our Academic Programmes Office (APO).

Reporting to the Head of Undergraduate Programmes, the incumbent shall build and preserve trusting relationships with students (current & prospective), alumni and valued partners (faculty & industry). • Lead and coordinate regular stock and inventory checks throughout the year.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Experience managing logistics for online sales and collaborating with various departments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, including developing operational procedures for online sales, daily deliveries, preferably handling food, edible stock, and household items.
• Strong expertise in managing food and edible stock inventory, with a focus on shelf life and proper storage conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with inventory management tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
