• Support for research projects, workshops and other initiatives
• Handle public feedback, drive and coordinate engagement activities, workshops and meetings
• Engage residents to raise awareness and address feedback (through face-to-face / door-to-door house visits, phone calls and emails)
• Assist in outreach activities in the community (e.g. convey key messages at events, handle interactive exhibits, distribute / display educational materials, etc.)
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities with community partners (People’s Association, Town Council, business establishments, schools, etc.)
• Support procurement, invoicing and billing processes
• Coordinate meetings, events and workshops, and draft reports for recording and tracking purposes

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in community engagement or social service or customer service work
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask

• Able to work outside regular working hours (on weekends or after office hours) to perform community engagement work

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any related field
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of TCM theory
• Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
• At least 1 year of experience in TCM-related wellness products industry
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Passion for wellness and healthy living

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads for face to face or virtual meeting with potential customer.
• To promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities
• Handling new customer acquisition by understand prospect purchasing needs and present most suitable pricing and quotation offer
• Initiate account creation for prospect using our internal sales tool To achieve monthly sales margin and target given
• Provide full purchase and business dealing information to prospect customer to ensure proper business dealing understanding is established
• Any other relevant adhoc tasks assign to you from time to time by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred to have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience

- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited to conduct site inspections, provide training, prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required.

- Required 24/7, fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.

- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift).
