Multimedia

• Main responsible for Events/Course photography and video production.
• Design of flyers, poster for our Events/Course.
• Marketing campaigns for our childcare, student care, Café and Temple related projects to boost its promotional efforts – Social Media Marketing.

Admin & IT support:

• Manage our Donation app & provide IT support for MS software and hardware.
• Manage our website and email accounts.
• Assist in daily collection and banking of money from our Café and Temple.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in IT Application Development.
• Candidates with relevant working experience would be an advantages.
• IT savvy.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Job Objectives

• To oversee the Costing, Store, and receiving function and work closely with the F&B operations and Finance teams.
• Required to work on business cases and to give analytical support to assist Senior Management in decision-making.
• To oversee and monitor the cash movements and transactions in Jackpot, to ensure that there are sufficient funds for operations and that reports are accurately reconciled.

Job Description

• Work closely with F&B Department on operational, inventory, and cost-related matters.
• Achieve budget objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Evaluate completeness and accuracy of recipes, determine theoretical cost and selling price, and provide recommendations on cost control and monitoring of wastage.
• Prepare weekly and monthly food and beverage reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information and trends.
• Plan and lead monthly stock count for all outlets.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stores items are checked monthly for slow-moving and stores’ stock is checked for expiry dates
• Plan and liaise with external auditors for the year-end stock count for all outlets.
• In charge of counting and reconciling the daily cash collected from Jackpot Machines before issuing it to Jackpot Cashier for their operations as and when needed.
• To check and compute the Jackpot Tax and Revenue and ensure timely submission of the reports to auditors and IRAS.
• Facilitate the weekly Jackpot collection to CISCO and banking of daily cash collections.
• Ensure that there is adequate Nets float at reception and top up when necessary.
• Any other related duties and ad-hoc costing projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in Cost and Inventory Control role in F&B / hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Club accounting software, Sun System, and Point of Sales (Micros or Opera)
• Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, confident, approachable, patient with good communication skills
• Highly motivated, passionate, and driven
• Proficient in Excel, Sun Accounting, or Other Accounting Systems
• Organized and able to meet the timeline
• Able to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret financial information with a strong understanding of overall F&B or hospitality operations
• Has the potential to progress to full automation of integrating inventory control with food costing

• Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM marketing automation, journeys, and processes to enhance business efficiency.
• Utilize CRM tools to analyze the customer database, extract insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
• Serve as the custodian of data for the brand, ensuring the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the customer database in alignment with internal data quality policies.
• Assist in the allocation of leads and closely monitor follow-up tasks by the sales team.
• Generate and analyze results from CRM campaigns, extract insights, and propose data-driven ideas and recommendations.
• Identify and suggest suitable target audiences/segments for sales and after-sales marketing campaigns.
• Track, generate and analyse weekly sales funnel and campaigns reports.
• Customer profiling, data mining and customer need analysis

• Diploma/Degree holders in Marketing / CRM / Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of Marketing/CRM-related experience.
• Knowledge of CRM principles and customer journeys.
• Meticulous and well-organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
