• Provide technical guidance and support to MEP engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in MEP project management, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficiency in MEP design software, AutoCAD, and building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

You will assist the head of department in managing and supervising the operational and administrative activities of the outpatient clinics, including supporting the clinicians in managing their clinic resource setup. You will be involved in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of workplans and clinic resources, preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets, as well as ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation and utilisation. You will manage manpower resources for services in the clinics, oversee clinic infrastructure and improvement projects to enhance service delivery, and provide prompt service recovery when needed. You will also be required to represent Cardiac Clinics in cluster meetings and activities relating to system enhancements and workflow for the clinics.
