• Prepare drawing based on engineer requirement and authorities requirement
• Reviews engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans
• Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Specialist Diploma or Training certification BIM
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
• Candidate with LTA projects drafting experience will be an advantage
• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
