• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.

Job Summary

Bacha Coffee is hiring a Customer Service professional to handle all incoming customer inquiries and calls in regard to our Brand, products, and eCommerce orders via Brand.com as well as pure player eCommerce marketplaces.

The role requires knowledge of the online luxury retail business and a solid foundation of quality service standards.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce team, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with customers to ensure care is taken to uphold the best standards of service including response time, quality of replies, follow up, etc.
• Handle all incoming calls and customer inquiries via Brand.com and any other channels, responding in a professional manner, and helping customers to resolve their issues. Ensuring that queries are replied within 1 business day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports to Director, SCE and will be responsible for achieving the organisation's fundraising and donation targets, specifically for Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals , to deliver the organization's strategies and Mission to realise its espoused Vision.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development plays a critical role in enhancing MINDS' engagement and fundraising capability. Focusing on Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals, this candidate will support their volunteering and donation/fundraising activities to help them achieve their CSR/ESG goals.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development will also be responsible for the application of relevant grants in support of MINDS' programmes and services as well as the submission of impact reports to update funders of the outcomes of their donations. As a key member of SCE, he/she will also support the department's events and activities.

Donor Engagement & Development:

• Strategise, lead, build pipelines and drive engagements with identified stakeholders across the following key segments - corporate donors (with Foundations), Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals.

As a Data Scientist in DPPCC, you will be breaking new ground in the emerging field of privacy engineering through working on impactful and scalable technologies, that help unlock the potential of data for public good.

PETs are not new, but they have been challenging to implement in real use cases, whether within or outside of government. The team aims to bridge the gap between research to adoption through experimentation and piloting with agencies to assess the feasibility and utility of each technology, and prepare them for wider adoption in government, whether it be through building products, evaluating current solutions, developing clear guidelines around usage or education.

The team’s portfolio is currently working on evolving technologies includes such as LLM-powered approaches to PII detection and redaction Free-Text Anonymization, Synthetic Data Generation, Homomorphic Encryption and Differential Privacy, and we plan to open new projects in other technologies (e.g., Federated Learning, Confidential Computing, Data Clean Rooms).

We are seeking a Data Scientist to:

(a) gather information on existing solutions for a PET,

(b) run experiments to benchmark and evaluate potential optimal solutions,
