Senior Account Manager / Account Director

1) Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clients’ marketing and advertising needs. He/She is responsibility for agency outputs, provides perspective and leadership in the developing the highest quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Management

• Develops clearly focused creative strategies and creative briefs

• Collaborative teamwork between Creative, Media and Planning
• Prepares and participates in client presentations
• Provides input for creative strategies/briefs

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry
• Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, organizer, team player
• Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and marketing communication
• Knowledge in web analytics, data driven marketing and content marketing will be a plus
• Excellent listening comprehension and strong presentation skills a must
• Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language.

2) Account Director

The Account Director is experienced in developing and executing integrated campaigns and digital advertising. He/ She will be responsible for managing up to senior level client relationships, build and grow the account portfolio on Samsung and Non Samsung clients. He/ She needs to have sound understanding of clients’ marketing and advertising needs. The incumbent will need to provide perspective and leadership in the development of the highest quality advertising product.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the account through strategic initiatives and organic revenue growth
• Always pushing for innovation and new way of doing things that helps build brand and drive sales
• Always pushing to achieve optimized results on campaigns launched.
• Be an inspiration to the creatives by distilling great insights to achieve better creative output

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Acquisition, MEA to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Acquisition, MEA APAC and is responsible for the implementation and analysis of Accor’s digital acquisition activities (including SEA, metasearch, affiliation, and retargeting) across MEA region.  

Other responsibilities that this role will have includes driving lever performance, managing agency partners to improve campaign efficiency and deliver incremental revenue growth. The role will work global acquisition teams and agencies/media partners in region, ensuring that new hotels are onboarded into the digital acquisition performance funding program.  

It consists in analyzing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy in all countries across MEA (and overseas towards MEA hotels) to acquire and retain guest by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire MEA APAC region. 

The Manager, Digital Acquisition leads the regional partnership with the appointed media agencies and key publishers, the role will provide guidance and support to the digital teams in countries and is responsible for the digital acquisition campaign and deliverable through defined KPIs.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Optimize Online Advertising and Acquisition Strategy Across MEA 

• Analyze & optimize the investment strategy across online channels paid search, metasearch, affiliates, retargeting & App download campaigns in order to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost. 

• Optimize towards business goals by type of activity on a yearly basis. 

• Monitor & adapt the campaign strategy based on the current situation of the region/market. 

• Proactively initiate pilots with new publishers/technology in order to optimize investments towards business goals. 

• Develop advanced audience targeting techniques in order to further optimize investment.  

• Animate global JBP (mainly Google, Microsoft, etc.) regionally. 

• Project management: ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a challenging environment. 

• Consolidation and management of local budget sources & fees. 

Manage Hub Digital Acquisition Campaigns 

• Ensuring alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company 

• Is a Point of Contact (POC) to the agencies for Acquisition and App download campaigns.

• Ensure deep understanding of the Digital Acquisition and operational requirements. 

• Support the Hotel digital marketing teams in their Acquisition channel optimization & analysis. 

• Monitor investment performance on a regular basis against business goals as defined in the strategy (reach, Impression share, ROI etc.) 

• Develop deep analysis of investment performance using all tools available (GA360, Kenshoo, Tableau, Cognos, Omniture etc.) in order to optimize overall web direct business. 

Share Strategy and Performance with Global Acquisition Team 

• Help co-design the global advertising and acquisition strategy. 

• Communicate animation plan. 

• Support MEA APAC Digital Acquisition performance review 

• Represent MEA in key meetings. 

Follow Market Trends and Best Practices 

• Be aware of competitors activities. 

• Follow proactively new products, tools, and publishers to keep Accor at the forefront of innovation. 

Co-Responsible for the Regional MEA Online Digital Acquisition Budget 

• Optimize and monitor the regional Acquisition budget. 

• Provide guidance on country and hotels Acquisition budgets.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Media, Asia to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Media, MEA APAC and is responsible for optimizing online media to generate quality traffic to Accor direct platforms that converts into Room Nights/Revenue to Accor hotels in Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia and Pacific (MEA APAC). 

It consists of implementing and analyzing Accor’s digital media strategy in all countries across MEA APAC to acquire and retain guests by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire region. 

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for supporting the relationship with appointed media agencies and key publishers, plus identifying new paid media opportunities within region. The position also provides strategic guidance and support to the digital media teams in countries and is responsible for the performance of paid media campaigns and deliverables through defined KPIs.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Executing and Optimizing MEA APAC Paid Media 

• Briefing, analyzing and challenging agencies to deliver innovative and effective media plans across online display (including programmatic and paid social). 

• Leading the alignment on media KPIs to ensure all paid media is measurable. 

• Conducting research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimal media channels. 

• Identifying and sharing best practice media strategies to improve media performance across MEA APAC 

• Implementing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost. 

• Analyse and report on campaign media performance to align with business KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.

Collaborating with Global Media & HUB Ecommerce/Marketing Teams to Reach Business and Campaign Objectives and Priorities 

• Responsible for the ongoing measurement of paid media using Accor specific dashboards and tools (Tableau, Sprinklr). 

• Implements fast local adoption of Global Joint Business Plans and objectives, adjusting to meet local specificities (including Google, Meta, Microsoft). 

• Communicates animation plans. 

• Ensures alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company. 

• Supports the tracking and attribution of media activities to support ongoing investment (ie. Ekimetrics). 

• Ensures a deep understanding of paid media and operational requirements, including tag / pixel implementation procedures. 

• Supports the in-country digital media teams in their media optimisation & analysis, including channel and audience targeting recommendations.

Supporting Growth and Innovation 

• Staying up to date with digital media trends, competition, and potential new channels, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, targeting, and programmatic media buying. 

• Supporting the implementation of transversal projects of DCO, data-sharing and cookie less targeting, to generate incremental revenue. 

• Identifying and adapting a streamlined campaign reporting template for MEA APAC.

Managing Media Investments and Accounting Requirements

Role Purpose
This role will manage Maplecroft’s existing and growing business in Oceania and will be responsible for retaining and growing client revenue and relationships primarily in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.

Role Focus

The role will focus on retaining and growing clients through a variety of mechanisms, e.g. in-person, phone and web based solutions.  The successful candidate will also ultimately be expected to recognise upsell and cross selling opportunities within these accounts from both a research and consulting perspective and work with the wider Sales & Marketing team to realise these opportunities.  The position will be based in Singapore with regular quarterly travel (~15%) to Oceania.

Main Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain sales while maximising profitability of Maplecroft’s offerings by successfully managing an extensive client portfolio;
• Develop strategy to assure client retention and revenue growth;
• Taking ownership of client engagement and ensuring the client interactions are coordinated across sales and marketing, client services, research and consulting to develop more scalable engagement techniques with these clients e.g. online training and one-to-many initiatives;

• Ensure smooth operation of the Front Office
• Be responsible for directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by Executive Assistant Manager/General Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures through TRUST YOU and Key Performance Index set by Accor
• Assist Front Office Manager with projects related to Front Office as and when required and meeting up with datelines
• Identify personnel development to have trained and qualified staff to consistently maintain and increase the Hotel’s service
• Take charge of the ACDC program and work closely with Front Office Manager
• Work with the Director of Sales and Assistant/Reservations Manager and take full control of the Front Office operations in the event of overbooking, should the need to transfer guests to other hotels
• Be responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, and the hotel assets

About the job

Leading, developing and managing the Recovery work in the store by working together with the other functions of the store to prevent the occurrence of unnecessary costs to assets and to give products a second chance while keeping bottom line profits and sustainability in mind.

Your assignment

• You strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.
• You work closely with other functions in handling damages in my store and together identify the root cause of recurring damages and take appropriate action to minimise the reoccurrence of these in future.
• You ensure the Recovery is always a safe and secure environment for visitors and co-workers and that our property is safeguarded, and you are conscious of safety at all times in our store.
• You are proactive in using all the information and tools available, to ensure a multidimensional approach to steering the business in order to achieve growth and sustained long term profitability with our customers in focus.
