Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in a Project Management role, including some within the Life Sciences Industry.
• Experience with vendor management, CM management and client management is key.
• Knowledge of cGMPs as they affect process design and equipment specification would be preferred.
• Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage professional staff.
• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic. Must be able to build reports with staff at all levels.

• Improve process capability/defect reduction/throughput improvement for high volume manufacturing using statistical process control, DOE techniques, data-driven decision making and systematic problem-solving skills
• Work with site Facilities, Safety, and Process engineering teams to cultivate an environment of “safety first” for those engaging in process and equipment changes and in tool service activities
