HR Manager/Human Resource Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of full spectrum of the HR function
-Provide support recruiting activities
-Facilitate the implementation and Annual performance review
-Review company policy, benefits
-Process monthly payroll
-Arrange company events and internal/external meetings
-Manage Admin matters
-Expatriate management
-Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience
• Business level of Japanese(N1-N2 level) is a must as required to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
• Good communication skills
• Multi-tasking, and Fast learner
Others
Salary: SGD 6-10K, depending on the experience +Bonus
Working hours: Mon-Fri
