• Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (Regular and Off cycle payroll)
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of statutory payments and reporting
• Prepares and reconcile payroll summary and variance reports to ensure accuracy of the payroll results as generated in the trial payroll run
• Conducts monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between Workday and Payroll record
• Provides hypo-tax and compensation details of international assignees to International Mobility team
• Responsible to provide accurate calculation of final pay and adhering to all local statutory requirements – IR21 and IR8A filing
• Processes employees’ IR21, IR8A, year-end tax reporting, NS Claims and Government Paid Claims.
• Initiates payroll payment runs and approve any payment exceptions made outside the main payment method( i.e., cheque/ cash payments)
• Maintains proper filing and documentation of all relevant Documents (Payroll advice reports and correspondences) pertaining to Payroll related activities
• Supports UAT testing and endorse Incidents and Change requests
• Recommend continuous improvement to improve SLA to raise employee delight and BU engagement ratings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for prospecting, promotion and sales of the company's suite of products and services.
• Liaise with and develop relationship with strategic accounts.
• Leads and customer information entry into our Sales system.
• Provide Channel & Product sales support.
• Work closely with vendor to manage service renewals and providing weekly pipeline updates.
• Following up on sales and renewal enquiries actively till closure.
• Work closely with team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
• Assist with providing necessary information to procurement team for order processing.
• Liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Administration/ IT or related discipline. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Sales Administration and Telemarketing necessary.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team and perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Quality Control

• Product Inspections: Conduct and oversee routine inspections and sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the company's and customer-agreed quality specifications. Address deviations or non-conformities, report findings and recommend corrective action plan.
• Testing and Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor chemical, microbiological, and physical testing of products and materials. Ensure all test results comply with product specifications.
• Production Monitoring: Collaborate closely with the production team to monitor quality control at various stages of production. Implement corrective and preventive measures to address process deviations or defects.
• Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints related to product quality or safety. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Quality Assurance

• Policy and Procedure Implementation: Enforce QA policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant food safety regulations and certifications.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, internal audits, external inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Ensure proper document control for QA/QC records.
• Training: Conduct and facilitate training sessions on food safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP), HACCP, and other quality-related topics for production, QA, and QC staff.

Process Improvement

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the QA/QC processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quality data and trends to identify patterns of defects or issues. Generate reports on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) through Statistical Process Control.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the QA/QC team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a quality-focused culture.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with production, R&D, procurement, and logistics to ensure a cohesive approach to product quality and safety. Provide input into new product development and specification setting.
