Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of specialist Singapore Corporate Secretarial staff. The team will provide Corporate Secretarial services to external clients and internal clients (i.e. other departments within the Singapore business).
• Mentor, coach and supervise the Corporate Secretarial team of subordinates.
• Identify areas of development and propose and implement training initiatives for Corporate Secretarial team, including preparation of training materials and hosting internal training on corporate secretarial matters as and when needed.
• Work with the Director to manage the ongoing Performance Appraisal Framework.

• Undertake periodic reporting to the Director.

You will report to the Corporate Secretariat Manager and be responsible for handling a small portfolio of corporate secretariat matters that includes but is not limited to preparing directors’ resolutions, assisting in the organizing of papers for board meetings, follow-up on the return of documents and forms, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and update of registers, minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents. Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging debt funding to finance capital expenditure and working capital requirements which covers financial modeling, info memo preparation, financial structuring & analysis, financing document negotiation
• Assist in developing, acquiring, and tendering for FSRU, LNG vessel and renewable projects which includes deal structuring, counterparty and project analysis, project documents negotiation, bankability studies and execution support
• Assist in joint venture (JV) negotiation which includes valuation and returns analysis, negotiation of sales and purchase agreement, JV agreement and financing related documents
