To develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support from diverse sources, including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the implementation and growth of Club HEAL’s programmes and initiatives. Other roles will include media management and event coordination efforts to increase awareness and support for our cause.
Key Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
1. Fundraising
a. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams and meet fundraising goals.
b. Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other potential funding sources, effectively communicating Club HEAL’s mission and impact to secure financial support for our initiatives.
c. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including online campaigns, direct mail appeals and special events to engage donors and raise funds.
d. Create compelling content to showcase beneficiaries and people-in-recovery whose mental health journeys can be a source of inspiration for others as part of the fundraising campaigns.
2. Donor Engagement
a. Cultivate meaningful relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations and other funding sources.
b. Maintain regular donor engagement through various channels, including emails, letters and face-to-face meetings to acknowledge their generosity and support.
c. Provide donors regular updates on the impact of their contributions, showcasing tangible outcomes, success stories and testimonials from beneficiaries.
3. Event Coordination
a. Assist in planning, organising and executing events, to increase Club HEAL’s prominence and engagement with our stakeholders, primarily for the purpose of fundraising.
4. Corporate Communications
a. Assist in implementing a diverse range of media communications plans to enhance the profile of the organisation.
b. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communication efforts and ensure messages are consistent
Technical Competencies:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Good organisational skills with the ability to manage cross-functionally and handle multiple tasks

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate Club HEAL’s mission and funding needs to diverse audience

Preferred Achievements/Characteristic/Experience:
· At least a Diploma/Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sales/Marketing or related discipline
· With 1 to 2 years of working experience in fundraising, media relations, event coordination or related roles preferably.
