• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted into the system.
• Review all invoices, billings and receipts.
• Monitor the ageing report and follow up promptly.
• Assist in audit and other tasks that are related to finance.
• Perform any others tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years (Finance Executive) of relevant working experience
  Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality that enjoys working with people
• Matured personality with initiative and self-motivated
• A team player with strong sense of commitment and urgency to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel

Responsibilities

To effectively manage the Marketing functions of assigned brands:

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives
• Leverage digital marketing media like social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Meta), websites and emails
• Liaising with various stakeholders like Sales, Ecommerce, Category, Creative & Design
• Copywriting and proofreading of marketing content in bilingual
• Optimize marketing spend and generate weekly reports
• Handle any ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned by RO

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience for B2C
• Hands-on knowledge of social media, WordPress, Google Ads, is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, flexible with an eye for details

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Transport Allowance $100 + Shift Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat);

1st shift: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
2nd shift: Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm; Sat: 1pm to 5pm)
3rd shift: Monday to Friday (3pm to 12am; Sat: 3pm to 7pm)

Job Scope:

• Prepare essential documentation including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
• Perform cargo labeling tasks
• Record cost and revenue data within the Kewill system
• Establish connections for customer EDI integration, if needed, in the Kewill system
• Provide customers with flight information and Proof of Delivery (POD) for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send pre-alert emails to destination stations as necessary
• Post pre-alerts from the Kewill system to respective destination stations
• Coordinate with destination stations to secure POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Update mandatory milestones within the Kewill track and trace system
• Occasionally, assist with the lifting and shifting of cartons for cargo labeling
• Inspect physical cargo to determine if any repacking is necessary
• Occasionally, travel to customer locations or alternate work sites
• Follow up with carriers and co-loaders for potential off-loading situations
