• Assist in the full spectrum of Stock duties which includes daily stock movement, monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure AR/AP/GL transaction into the accounting system timely and accurately

• LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Highly organised, strong time management with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to work independently and is a good team player

Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 08.30am to 12.30pm

-Provide administrative support to the company, such as issuing invoices, sales orders, receipts, and data entry.

-Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message

-Arrange Schedule

-Liase with technicians of the repair quote

-At least 2 Years(s) of experience administrations

Job Title – Admin Executive

Salary Up to : $2,400 to $2,600 per month
Location : Woodlands Industrial Park E6

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week

9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily operation schedule

Handle customers’ enquiries & requests accordingly via phone calls or emails

Issuing and handling delivery and purchase orders between clients and suppliers

Co-ordinate and communicate with Operations Team when changes in schedule arise

Liasing with Operations Team for purchasing of spare parts and/or equipments

Support the company operations team

Maintain & send Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Other ad hoc admin duties given

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good written/spoken communication skills (in English and Mandarin)
