• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority (ICA) for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, with 2 years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.

HR Executive

- Provide assistance on daily operations of HR duties & functions

- Recruitment and selection of candidates through relevant recruitment channels

- Schedule for interviews with short-listed candidates

- Create personal file for onboarding staff & conduct HR orientation

- Attend timely to email requests from employees pertaining to queries regarding HR procedures, rules & policies

- Assist in verifying monthly submitted claims by staff and process accordingly

- Assist in preparing monthly payroll & CPF submission

- Assist in performance appraisal, exit interview, staff clearance when necessary

- Handle staff insurance renewals

- Handle Foreign Workers' Work Pass including new applications and renewals

- Create and maintain accurate/proper employee leave records in HR System and Filing

- Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

- System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and ensure data integrity.

- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.

Job Scope

3. Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
4. Storage Organization: Properly storing products in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
5. Shipping: Preparing outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and coordinating with inhouse and external logistics teams/ providers.
6. Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and participating in safety training.
8. Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork related to shipments, inventory, and safety checks.
