The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. The dedicated person will work with the programme manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the self-financing programme and ensure its service standard. By working with the Programme Manager, Programme Director and the Deanery members at the Faculty of Science, he/she will contribute to the Programmes’ end-to-end administration including admission, programme management, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. The job holder will be responsible for the admissions processes of our various MSc programmes but with oversight of dedicated MSc programme(s), as well as Graduate Certificate programmes in collaboration with other team colleagues. S/he will work with the various stakeholders (Academic Director, relevant faculty members, students, internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process of our programmes.
