Job Description

• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Performing cost-­benefit analyses of existing and potential customers

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining full sets of accounts,
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively
• Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations
• Responsible for timely preparation of financial and management reports
• Perform timely preparation and submission of monthly CPF, filing of GST returns and annual Income Tax
• Perform general administration work, data entry, filing, documents packing
• Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities, issue cheques for local expenses
• Keep a record of cheque payment details
• Generate salary for employees

Requirements

· Bilingual English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin Speaking suppliers and China colleagues)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
• Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
• Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
• Any other HR functions as assigned

Requirements:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees.
• Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
• Able to work overtime as required.
• 5 days’ work in office.
