1. Job Summary

As the Programme Executive at New Hope Community Services, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in our community. This pivotal role involves spearheading the strategic development and execution of our programmes / events, aimed at fostering positive change and holistic support for our residents / clients. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programme activities / events, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. The Programme Executive works collaboratively with our dedicated cross-functional teams, community partners, and stakeholders, to be a Beacon of New Hope to the displaced and disadvantaged in our community.

2. Key Responsibilities

Client Supervision

• Provide administrative and operational support in overall Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) Programme operations. Ensure smooth running of SRSF Programme operations and oversee daily SRSF Programme operational issues and statistical collection.
• Handle day-to-day general queries from SRSF Programme residents.
• Manage general disputes that may occur between co-living residents.

Social Service Programme Implementation & Evaluation

• Collect statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the SRSF Programme.
• Organise community relations activities and initiatives pertaining to recruitment and outreach.
• Conduct community and corporate engagement activities / events for community organisations.

Organisational Resource Management & Volunteer Management

• Enforce SRSF Programme rules and conduct inspections for compliance with SRSF Programme rules.
• Maintain records of the distribution of rations / assistance to SRSF Programme residents, including an inventory of in-kind donations.
• Implement information / data management system for effective collection and maintenance of client and operational data.
• Verify statistical collation and review information management system.
• Organise and conduct volunteer activities relating to community and corporate engagement activities / events.

Stakeholder Management

• Responsible for building community partnerships including working with partners from Social Service Agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning Corporations, Statutory Boards, etc.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies, corporate partners, as well as individuals.

Others

• Any other related duties in New Hope CS as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• Manpower planning of Service Relations Offers to ensure adequate coverage
• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from clients and employees to management
• Working with management to identify and resolve problems
• Conform to organization standards
• Compliance with government requirements
• Generating reports for management to provide insight into the efficiency of the organization
• Writing and disseminating minutes of meeting
• Room and resource allocations for therapists and teachers
• Liaise with the Accounts department on financial figures accuracy
• Development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures for consistency of operations

As a HR Executive, you will:

• Manage the recruitment process for Non-Exempt (NE) and Direct Labor (DL) staff to meet operational needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Non-Exempt and Direct Labor employees regarding inquiries and issues, covering areas such as benefits and company policies.
• Conduct entry and exit interviews for NE & DL level employees.
• Oversee the full spectrum of employees and Foreign Workers Administration, including handling work pass applications, terminations, Security Bond purchases, and managing On & Off Boarding processes.
• Coordinate timely medical examinations for workers, including but not limited to bi-annual check-ups and Lead Examinations
• Generate various HR letters such as appointment, promotion, transfer, and resignation letters, as well as compile related HR reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all HR files, both in the office and on company’s system.
• Manage disciplinary actions or feedback from workers as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
