Responsibilities:

2. HR Administration:

• This role is responsible for a full range of corporate administrative matters, including accounting, office management, human resources. It also takes care of branch and the subsidiaries affairs. He/she needs to show operational leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Accounting

· To administer the accounting procedures and make any appropriate improvement thereof.

· To maintain the accounting related company rules.

· To evaluate the accounting system and propose improvement as appropriate.

· To prepare the report to the parent company upon financial results.

· To coordinate with the auditors for smooth auditing.

· To administer working out of the issues pointed out by the auditors based upon findings during audit.
