• Partial set of accounts with good knowledge of AR & GL
• Journal entries for month end & year end closing
• Monthly bank reconciliation for SCB and DBS banks
• Monthly Giro collection for Programme’s fees
• Preparation of audit schedule for AR function
• Fixed assets update, fixed assets sighting, monthly amortisation of fixed asset in GL
• Daily duties:
• Cash and cheque deposit in safe
• Preparation of daily collection and bank in slip
• Daily receipts transactions records for account receivable (e.g. HMP/OP, Alumni, Loan library etc)
• Reconcile accounts receivable
• Liase with auditor on account receivables matter
• Suzy doll collection counting, NETS reports, update of files in shared drive, ordering of receipt books etc
• Supporting roles in AP when needed
• Work under the supervision of Assistant Finance Manager
• Ad hoc duties as when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, ACCA Level I/II
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in partial set of accounts in AR & GL, preferably with accounting experience in VWO setting
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software XERO, ApprovalMax
• Independent, highly organized, and motivated
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Proactive, resourceful with eye for details and accuracy
• Meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
• Good team player with positive attitude and good communication skills

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous Procurement Executive to join our Project Management team. The Procurement Executive will play a key role in dealing with suppliers in China, negotiations, and overall supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supporting the PM/BD team by managing purchase orders and processes, analyzing data, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement Process Management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the Project Management (PM) team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Monitor the sales & purchase pipeline and activities to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Sales Support: provide support to the BD/PM team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, BD to address sales-related inquiries and issues.
• CRM Management: manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry by sales representatives. Customize CRM workflows and processes to align with business requirements and sales objectives.
• Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and annual sales plans. Monitor sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts based on data analysis. Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Sales Technology Administration: evaluate, implement, and administer sales tools, software, and technology solutions to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Knowledge in procurement software and tools, such as SAP and Globe3 is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Excel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
