About the role:

• Responsible for generating Modernisation sales of elevators and escalators.
• Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Perform preliminary design work with architect, general contractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.
• Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability
• Negotiate with customers on price, terms & conditions.
• Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues.
• Achieve the Company’s budgets and objectives.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of working experience preferably in elevator sales for building projects.
• Experience in sales for lift components replacement or lift equipment replacement with modern equivalents will be preferred.
