• Work alongside marketing teams to ensure rationale, timely planning, effective execution, marketing prioritization, and quality evaluation of all activations.
• Overall accountability for member engagement in a cultural programming calendar optimized across the network, amplified as fully as appropriate, and sensitive to cultural nuance.
• Be an arbiter of taste and trends to ensure Mandala Club is constantly pushing boundaries and at the forefront of popular culture in a way that is relevant to its member base.

PARTNERSHIP

As an Associate Director, you will report directly to the Senior Managing Director, Global Life Risk Modelling Consulting.

Aon Life Solutions provides high efficiency computing software, consulting services as well as advisory services to financial intermediaries, primarily insurance companies. The high-performance software platform, PathWise, provides companies with the ability to easily model financial obligations without involved coding and is run on Graphical Processing Units (GPU), making it the fastest, readily available software platform currently in use in the insurance industry. Global Life Risk Modelling consulting services has focused primarily on actuarial analysis, modelling of insurance liabilities and financial assets and reviews of hedging programs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience in the life insurance industry in a valuation/pricing/hedging role working with financial guarantees embedded in life insurance products
• Knowledge of Singapore and Hongkong reserves and capital requirements for the life insurance industry, covering products such as Indexed and Variable Annuities, ULSG, Participate and traditional life insurance products
• Understanding of financial assets including derivatives
• Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts (Python programming experience preferred)
• Member of Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or Society of Actuaries preferred
• Strong communication skills for heavy team and client interactions

Our client, a renowned private bank is seeking an experience Compliance specialist to support our management team in ensuring adherence to all relevant Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining an effective control framework, transaction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with both group guidance and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management team, including the Head of Compliance and the Head of AML, in implementing and adhering to AML/S/CFT/ABC policies and procedures.
• Conduct transaction monitoring and account surveillance, utilizing data mining techniques to identify potential compliance issues.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AML monitoring tools such as SWIFT, Pythagoras, and IMTF.
• Perform threshold tuning exercises to optimize AML monitoring tools.
• Identify and address control weaknesses through ongoing reviews and monitoring of the AML/S/CFT/ABC control framework.
• Conduct regular reviews and surveillance of compliance and AML controls, including client acceptance processes, transaction monitoring, payment filtering, client screening, and timely filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
• Prepare working papers and draft monitoring reports, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of identified issues.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports to management, regulators, and auditors.
• Conduct training sessions on AML/CFT/FATCA/CRS regulations, ensuring that staff are updated on new or revised regulations.
• Support the preparation of training materials for AML/S/CFT/ABC compliance training.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance, Head of AML, and the compliance team on various tasks related to monitoring, surveillance, and general compliance advice.
• Participate in ad hoc special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in general compliance and FCC, with a min Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AML or compliance are a plus.
• Mandatory experience in private bank.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using AML monitoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of local and international AML regulations and compliance best practices.

The Director of Yield Technology – NAND will lead the Yield, Defect Inspection, and Metrology Engineering teams for accelerating Micron’s NAND technology development (TD) roadmap at its Singapore site which is the NAND center of Excellence.

This role will be reporting to the CVP, NAND PI and will be expected to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Technology Execution – Explore and develop advanced technology capabilities to deliver industry differentiation and strategic advantage for NAND technology leadership. Lead and deliver NAND TD strategic road map.

Collaboration Excellence – Effectively partner with Integration and Process development teams in TD to deliver timely solutions.
