Primary Purpose of the Position

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

About the Role

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise, consult and negotiate confidently and professionally with donors, staff and other stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional written communication skills with extensive experience in developing business cases, proposals and presentations
• Well-developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-moving team environment

Role:

• Lead on all Mechanical or Electrical related matters (team & projects)
• Preferably able to perform role as to manage clientele and business development
• Any other areas where candidate can contribute
• Lead a team

Requirements:

• Preferably Professional Engineer (Electrical); LEW(Grade 9) or Professional Engineer (Mechanical)
• More than 8 years of working experiences, preferably in M&E Consultancy firm.
