The Senior Director, Client Success is a leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Client Success Managers who build post-sales relationships with clients to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products and services.

As Director, Business Development (AdTech) - SEA, you will be responsible for driving client growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy for acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s AdTech business. What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales Pipeline & Execution: Lead the full sales cycle for Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, and Retail Media solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to align Epsilon’s solutions with the client's business objectives.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new contracts and ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Market Penetration & Growth: Secure high-value clients and drive significant revenue growth by penetrating new markets in SEA and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Consultative Sales & Negotiation: Apply business acumen to understand client needs, market trends, and offer consultative solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with key decision-makers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage relationships with senior stakeholders (CMOs/CIOs) to drive account penetration and provide tailored solutions.
• Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate internal resources to prepare and deliver solutions that align with client objectives. Act as the voice of the client across the organization to champion Epsilon’s products and solutions.
• Product & Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Epsilon’s products and services, effectively communicating their value to stakeholders. Use your knowledge of digital media, technology platforms, and data solutions to drive new client acquisition and retention.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Leadership & Revenue Achievement: Over 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, particularly in AdTech and MarTech

The coverage of this role will be GSAM’s fixed income strategies, including global multi sector fixed income strategies global investment grade strategies, global rates strategies and global credit strategies among others across Asia Pacific ex Japan (“APEJ”).

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing client base, regular client engagement and initiating and driving new business initiatives
• Create and author customized client specific written and presentation content, including both regular reporting as well as ad-hoc client requests
• Drive new business opportunities, liaising with product development and sales, completion of request-for-proposal documentation in addition to providing broad support to Sales and Client Relationship Management teams

Experience

• 7+ years of work experience in fixed income, related to global multi-sector, global investment grade, global credit, rates and FX.
