As a Membership and Event Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new members and the successful promotion and sale of event space. You will play a crucial role in expanding our organization's reach, enhancing member engagement, and maximizing event attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Acquisition:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of membership.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective membership campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members.

Event Sales:

• Identify and approach potential prospect to propose our event space.
• Develop sales proposals and presentations for event space and e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with the team to understand the unique selling points of our membership and space.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for event space and membership.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Provide excellent customer service to members, sponsors, and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to membership and event sales.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on membership and event sales metrics.
• Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously assess and refine sales strategies based on performance insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 year of experience in sales, with a focus on membership and event sales preferred.
• Young and outgoing personality.

• IT Savy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Drive, etc)

Salary: Basic $2500 – $3200 + Commission & Incentive

Job Type: Full – timer, 5 Days work week (Monday - Friday), Able to assist on Saturday and Sunday (Occasionally)

Responsibilities:

• Handles import & export shipments (by sea/air/courier)

• Liaise with overseas suppliers & forwarding agents for shipment arrangements.

• Checking of shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, permits)

• Preparing export documentations (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, COO)

• Work closely with Purchasing & Warehouse team

• Liaise with local/oversea forwarders to plan & arrange shipments clearance & deliveries

• Ad-hoc data entry & admin duties

• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS & experience in handling shipments is COMPULSORY.

• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum Diploma holders / above

• MIn 2-3 years working experience in trading / shipping / supply chain company

• Good organizational, planning, co-ordination & interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of MS office, proficient in Excel

• Knowledge of Navision System is an added advantage

In this role, you will contribute to the company by maintaining good relationships with our vendors through timely payments and close collaboration with our Procurement and Accounts Teams.

Job Descripion:

• Oversee incoming vendor invoices and process for payments in accordance with schedule (data entry required on internal system).
• Submission of invoices to Accounts department with supporting documentation and payment approvals as per Approval Matrix.
• Track and manage vendor statement of accounts.

• This includes processing invoices, making payments to suppliers, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Handle reconciliation of bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for accurately.
• Any discrepancies or issues are investigated and resolved.
