• Monitor customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
• Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party logistic service providers and attend to customer & supplier enquiries
• Handle shipment documentations and ensure compliance to government’s tax regulations guideline
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC) transactions

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Holder (Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Mgmt.) and above
• Preferably 3-4 years of relevant customer service working experience
• Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous in figures
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills

Main Duty:

• Planning and completing monthly sales goals and objectives
• Capable of introducing products and services with thorough knowledge
• Communicate with affiliates to increase sales and offer technical support as needed.
• To choose the best airside equipment possible in order to reduce costs and increase the likelihood that the project tender will be successful;
• Respond promptly to customers regarding changes in project tender requirements;
• To process purchase orders, sales orders, etc. into the Oracle system;
• To accurately enter orders to factories;
• To ensure that delivery schedules meet customer requirements in order to be in line with sales forecasts
