Update and track development and upgrading projects assigned, project schedule, and activities for submission to MOH, authorities, and internal planning purposes
Be involved in the review of all design proposals, hospital planning & etc. with special focuses on patient care, functional efficiency, and safety requirements
Ensure the budget accounting is properly updated and in order
Assist in processing progress payment claims from the Consultants and any other vendors
Facilitate product selections, budget/funding, procurement, delivery and/or any related activities between Users, MOH/H, design consultants, contractors & vendors
Synchronize procurement, installation, and commissioning of Furniture, Fittings & Equipment required
Facilitate processing of change requests, cashflow projection and reimbursement of claims of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) budget tracking and monitoring.
Be in charge and support requisition of purchases to meet department needs.
Provide support and conduct onboarding programmes to the hospital's staff
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Architecture or Project Facilities Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in building development or project management in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
Well versed in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
Good team player - experience in good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills essential.
