The role
As a member of our Operations Team, you will support the delivery of Business Information products/services in Experian Credit Services. You will be responsible to ensure that we meet or exceed our service delivery commitments/ and agreements with our clients to achieve a positive customer experience.
The candidate must have a reasonable knowledge of Singapore Credit Services products and solutions. You are required to collaborate and work effectively with internal cross functional teams (eg. sales/ technical / customer service) and external parties including data suppliers/vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with recruitment requirements, able to identify potential candidates, conduct selection, interviews, job offer and signing of employment contract.
• Perform HR & Admin duties, including on boarding process, exit clearance, staff relation management, group insurance, work injury reporting, staff claims and travel arrangement, etc.
• Maintain and update employees’ records in HRIS system and related portals.
• Able to draft HR related letters and notices, and communicate well with staff and related government agencies.
• Familiar MOM policy and perform MOM work permit/pass applications, renewal, and cancellation.
• Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to resolve work pass related issues, dormitory management for foreign workers.
• Manage staff attendance, leave administration, computation and calculation of Overtime claims.
• Handle employees’ welfare and benefits, organize company events and activities for employees.
• Perform staff engagement and survey.
• Handle staff disciplinary and grievances related issues.
• Training registration and maintain a proper training records.
• Facilitate work performance review and staff appraisal.
• Facility Maintenance (e.g. Lift renewals, Copier machine, fire safety equipment, etc).
• Any other HR & administration tasks.

Requirements:-

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant experience, with focus on recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Local Employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in using software applications (e.g, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)

• List down invoices above US$100,00.00 for Financial Controller’s approval and sign-off
• Update Quarterly Forecast file for completed & invoiced orders
• Send Credit Release request to Corporate Credit Team – USA
• Daily Customer Service Duties includes
  • Sending Tax Invoices to customers & related parties electronically
  • Upload Tax Invoices into Customer Portal
  • Respond to customers’ queries relating to Tax Invoices and other related documents (e.g. Quality Document Package, Commercial Shipping Documents, Official documents relating to Payment & etc)
• Generate Customers & Related Parties Statement of Accounts monthly.
• Send & monitor payment due from customers. Follow up with reminders via emails and calling.
• Assist Credit Controller in booking payment received from customer into the ERP System.
• GST (ACAP) Requirement – Monitor & follow up with Logistics/customers to obtaining export documentation on zero-rated invoices per GST Regulations.
• Company Income Tax Filing requirements – Monitor & follow up with customers & related parties to obtaining Original Withholding Tax Receipts
• Assist Credit Controller with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports & Audit assignments
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned, which includes;
  • Mailing/Courier original invoices to customers upon request
  • Maintain filing of invoices, statements of account, receipts

The role

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Executive to join us at our new site at Singapore Orchard. The Client Liaison Executive will build and maintain relationships with Ultimate Performance clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with U.P., and helping to ensure positive client retention rates are maintained while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate.
• Building rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
• Handling incoming personal training enquiries, dealing with client bookings and personal trainer consultations.
• Monitoring client attendance to ensure session numbers are maximised where possible and reaching out to clients with poor attendance.
• Responding to and handling any incoming client complaints alongside the Gym Manager.
• Organising renewals of client memberships.
• Logging relevant in-gym sales via the CRM system.
• Liaising with clients and the client support team for payments, renewals and general enquiries.
• Assisting in organising reallocations of clients or cover when the assigned Trainer is on leave.
• Ensuring automated data reports on client enrolment, retention and referrals continue and are maintained to be accurate.
