Summary:
As the Area Logistics Manager, you will manage dry equipment assets, flow and related operations in the region. You should have the ability to work and handle pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment with strong analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage overall dry equipment inventory in Asia region under the broad direction of Head Office Logistics department.
• Plan, optimize and direct dry equipment flow to support deficit areas (incl. surplus and transshipment hubs) to support export demand.
• Manage all idle container asset in the region (including damaged, sale/off-hire candidates) to reduce operating cost.
• Liaise with Procurement team on SLA (terms & conditions) for storage space
• Work with agencies and Lines cargo flow / ship managers to maximize empty loading, i.e. space requisition, track loading and corrective actions for any deviation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree Holder in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in shipping and equipment operations are preferred and be able to manage a small team

f. Scheduling for Optimal Skill Mix:

Plan unit schedules to ensure the efficient use of an adequate skill mix in proportion to patient acuity and census. Consider the expertise and competencies of the nursing staff when assigning responsibilities. Strive for a balanced and flexible staffing approach that can adapt to fluctuations in patient volume and acuity. Regularly review and adjust staffing plans based on performance metrics and feedback from the clinical team.

Main responsibilities

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of total experience and 5 - 7 years of relevant Test Manager experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.

• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.

Collaboration with Prisons:

• Maintain close working relationship with prison authorities to ensure all of the Kids in Play (KIP) continue and develop.
• Explore any future requirements that the KIP need to meet and develop new programmes accordingly.

Community Integration:
