As a Membership Executive (Recruitment Sales) in our Membership Team, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Membership.

What you’ll be doing:

• To assist in the daily operations and administrative work of the Membership Department to ensure the smooth operations of the Department.
• To assist in recruitment of members during roadshows or other events
• To update and maintain the members’ database and filing system.
• To handle various membership services provided by the Department (from data-entry to card printing) and ensure the needs of members are met efficiently.
• Attends to members’ enquiries / feedback via phone, email and walk-in.
• To assist in generating Membership update reports.
• To assist in Membership ad hoc projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily climbing gym operations to ensure processes, infrastructure and customer service standards are in place. The areas of responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Staff Management in gym operations, including the planning of manpower requirements and management of on-duty staff for gym operations and programs/events
• Counter & Floor Operations as on-duty staff, with a focus on customer service and ensuring safety standards
• Customer Management, being responsible for the gym's service standards, including monitoring and ensuring excellent customer service from gym staff and service recovery protocols
• Basic Facility and Logistics Management, including the upkeeping of cleanliness and serviceability of facilities and equipment for daily gym operations and programs/events.

Preferably Diploma in Business, Sports Science, Sports Education, Outdoor & Adventure Education or similar.

• Preferably Prior experience in climbing, sports / leisure industry, preferably with SNCS Certification (Level 1 or 2)
• Able to do shift work and on weekends & Public Holidays. 5 day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)

• Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
• Patient care support, such as taking of vital signs.

• Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.

• Has 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry
• Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be advantageous.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Role Description

The Customer Success Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers and tenants, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organized, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers or tenants. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls);
• Search for information within our CRM to deliver accurate answers to questions from potential buyers and tenants whilst entering any new data into the listings to enrich the information;
• Qualify potential buyers and tenants expressing interest in Propseller listings;
