Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Hiring, training, coaching and leading the team of customer service officers to provide excellent service to customer via multiple channels
• Leading team meetings, conducting one-to-one session to better understand problems and needs of individual staff then formulating plans that help enhance individual officers performance

As a key member of the Sales Support Team, the Customer Service (Sales Support) Executive reports to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia). Customer Support Executive (Video Analytics)

Responsibilities:

- Customer and Site Management:

o Act as the primary liaison for customers and sites.

o Provide constructive product feedback and suggestions to Ailytics’ technology team.
