Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair photocopier equipment at various client locations.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and service to prevent future malfunctions.
• Provide training and support to users on how to operate photocopier machines effectively.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Offer exceptional customer service, respond promptly to service calls, and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in photocopier technology.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations related to equipment servicing.
