KeyStart is a home ownership programme supporting families with children living in rental communities who aspire to own homes. Job Responsibilities:

8. Supervision and Training: The Senior Home Ownership Specialist is required to conduct relevant in-house training for internal staff and external practitioners or volunteers and provide practice supervision (both individual and group based) to Junior Home Ownership Specialists. He/She will plan and implement professional learning and group supervision for the team and assist in building the team towards fulfilling professional growth and development. He/She will ensure work processes are in alignment with the department’s SOPs and policies.
