Responsibilities:

• Communicate with overseas office/agents/shipping line/customers
• Attend to all customers’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries.
• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments
• Monitor and resolve and follow up closely with customers on any disputes cases.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales supporT
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor flight/vessels arrivals and update customers if any deviations

Job Description:

• Manage a team of Project/Service Delivery Engineers.
• Provide leadership to the team and deliver KPIs set for the team.
• Accountable for insource services and renewal of managed services.
• Accountable for delivery of projects and incident management.
• Responsible for customer communication, project planning, coordination of various teams, tracking project progress, providing leadership to the team, manage and control risk till final delivery.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, identify new requirements and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above in IT/computer/software or related discipline, minimum 5 years of project management or solution delivery experience.
• Customer oriented, excellent systematic and critical thinking capabilities, ability to quickly grasp customer needs, and propose solution.
• Good leadership and people management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong passion in technology.
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
• Preferably equipped with the latest cloud certification, like Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS.

• Responsible for the Infrastructure platform implementation and operations related to Traffic Engineering and Management projects within the organization;
• Responsible to manage the operating budget as well as to support the procurement administrative related activities (i.e. RFP/RFQ);
• Provide technical solutions and ensure proper reviews of technical solutions on management of infrastructure to meet requirements for audit & compliance;
• Managed vendors and IT service maintenance contracts ensuring the various service levels are met within the contractual agreement;
• Ensure process and controls are in place to ensure the effective management of operations and services beyond the Service Level Agreements (SLA);
• Review and approve change / service requests for infrastructure services, ensuring they are closed within agreed timelines;
• Provide periodic Infrastructure health status report and maintain hardware and software assets;
• Handle and manage incident response & investigation, working with vendors and the respective teams to efficiently resolve issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Organise regular project meetings, review the status and provide regular status monitoring on all project activities to management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology;
• At least 5 years of working experience in designing, deploying and managing complex and enterprise infrastructure technology;
• Good technical knowledge in the area of servers, middleware, storage, virtualization, network and security infrastructure as well as LAN & WAN protocols;
• Has experience in service delivery and supporting the application teams;
• Experience in IT end-to-end procurement activities (i.e. budget approval, tender/quotation, purchase requisition, invoice tracking and verification);
• Able to drive team to work together to resolve complex issues by sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
• Strong team player, effective at communicating internationally and used to working closely with remote teams;
• Independent and able to manage projects, vendors and stakeholders with strong customer facing and communication skills;
• Proactive and self-starter with good analytical and creative thinking;
• Good communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
• ITIL Certified;
• Professional certifications (Network, Security, Virtualization) would be advantageous.

Salary: up to $2,990 per month

Contract duration: 3 months

Job Description:

• Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from the organization’s channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
• Provide interim replies to cases received
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
• Monitor progress of cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received by the organization for quarterly reports

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, is preferred.
