• Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis.
• To generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager.
• Upon getting the list of oils to be produced for replenishment, the Sample Coordinator will enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.
• Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library (e.g. between Sample Production Team, Application Lab, Creation Lab and the Fragrance Library and update the oil inventory daily.
• To receive the sample requests in PACE.
• To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
• Check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system.
• Follow up with QC and the dispatchservice provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in supervisory role or similar capacity, medical laboratory or healthcare industry

-Strong leadership, work professionalism, organizational and problem-solving skills

-Excellent interpersonal, and communication (with good command of written and spoken English) skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications and hands-on experience in CRM system

-Knowledge of biomedical/ laboratory terms, test methodologies and schedules will be an added advantage

-Service and results oriented, highly motivated, proactive, positive learning and working attitude with great initiative

-Able to work independently and within teams under tight schedules and pressure

Job Description:

• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Provides quality beverages and food products while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintains cleanliness of the store

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage. Candidates with no experience but are passionate in F&B are welcome as training will be provided

• Introduce services and recommend suitable packages to walk-in customers
• Identify and execute strategies to increase customer expenditure and achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
• Front desk duties including attending to guests/customers and cashiering
