Working hours at Orchard Branch (5.5 day's work week):

Monday - Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm

Job Descriptions

• Customer service and answering of phone calls
• Picking and packing of cakes
• Cashiering (able to handle different forms of payment modes)
• Replenishment and cleanliness of the store
• Any ad hoc duties as per assigned

• 1 year of F&B experience

Working hours

• 6 days week at 54hrs/week (9hrs/shift excluding break)

Job Descriptions:

• Answering customers enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claim via hotline & emails
• Provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, request and queries.
• Escalate issue and follow up.
• Data entry all cases into system accurately and timely
• Respond to customer email timely
• Apply to procedure, process and meet KPI.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ level / Nitec / Diploma
• 1-2 years of customer service experiences
• PC literate
• Good communication skills.
