Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance to customers with inquiries related to our electronics products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical questions and concerns.
- Liaise with the production team to align shipment dates and ensure timely deliveries.
- Update customers on shipment progress on a weekly basis.
- Communicate any potential delays and work towards solutions.
- Collaborate with the store team to update and pull shipments from the system.
- Arrange and coordinate the delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the system.
- Generate reports as needed for analysis and decision-making.
- Work with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Conduct regular meetings with the production team to synchronize shipment schedules.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support within the electronics industry.
- Familiarity with electronics products and their technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
