Responsibilities :

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support by telephone, mail or in person.
• Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents that affect the end-users
• Active filtering, handling, coordination and follow-up of IT service requests
• Provide user assistance in a broad sense including tablets, Smartphone’s, ... via all the Client's communication means such as :

Phone, Mail, IT Corner, Yammer etc.

• Ensure Workstation Assets Management
• Be able to master, set up and configure workstations
• Coordinate technical assistance to resolve operational issues provided by internal and
• external service providers
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure delivery to agreed standards and timescales
• Prepare accurate and timely support documentation where required
• Work with Infra Operations lead on modernization projects
• Work with European Helpdesk teams to collaborate on issues
• Weekend work with desk moves and maintenance work
• Writing of scripts for creating automatic task schedulers and creating automation tools with Python or PowerShell

Mandatory Requirements :

• 3 years relevant working experience.
• Bachelors Degree in IT and relevant Certifications (ITIL, MS Certifications).
• Trading Floor experience working with Traders.
• KVM Switching for all Microsoft PCs.
• Windows 10 migration to Windows 11 Environment
• STRONG in Excel Pricing Sheets
• Market Data Apps (Bloomberg, ICE, Reuters)
• Collaborative tools -Teams / Office 365 / Active Directory / SCCM / ServiceNow
• Troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, etc.
• Comfortable to perform Out-Of-Office standby support.
• Interactive behavior : Active Listening and communication skills, team player
• Problem solving : Issues perception, analyzing, practical thinking, creativity, innovation

Responsibilities

• Able to support our IT client in existing project
• Develop hardware circuits in accordance with design specifications and verify their performance.
• Workbench integration and test interface support.
• Support in hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Delivery of all required documents (Hardware Design document, Test Procedure results, etc).
• Support in Firmware testing
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in engineering / IT or relevant fields
• At least 1 year experience in hardware design and software testing
• Good in MS Office

Key Tasks:

• Process incoming and outgoing customer’s orders
• Follow up on customer’s requests and scheduled orders
• Liaise with warehouse on picking and packing matters
