Overview: As a Tender Manager in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for projects related to automotive products and services. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure that tenders are prepared, submitted, and managed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements, coordinate with internal departments, and develop detailed tender responses ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead the bid process, manage internal reviews and approvals, coordinate with external partners, and track all communications related to tender submissions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and analyze tender documents for risks and opportunities.

You will answer and manage appointments calls and general enquiries from members of public and patients with high service quality and operational standards. You will also assist to answer calls and provide one-stop information and assistance to callers when required. In addition, you will handle the feedbacks from patients and resolving service related incidents, as well as enquiries such as the rates of consultations and medical package. You will also liaise with other departments on the Call Centre Services and procedures, work with the Call Centre Executive to maintain a high service level of Call Centre Services, and update patients' data when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "N"/ "O" Level / NiTEC in any field
• Relevant experience in call centre / nursing is an added advantage
• Able to converse clearly and well
• Able to work 5 days work week with alternate Saturdays
