We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our business growth.

Descriptions

• Development of new business and management of existing clients.
• Build & strengthen good relationships with the clients, prospective clients, and associations.
• Finding and creating new business prospects, as well as undertaking business development of Integrated Facilities Management company and relationships with potential customers/ service partners.
• Involve and assist in IFM tender business proposal, administration, and submission process.
• Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identifying and building rapport with the stakeholders to ensure good support.
• Compilation and interpretation of sales and other management reports.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management, or any relevant related discipline from recognized educational institution.
• At least 2 years of Singapore relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate with facilities management operation experiences or equivalent will have an added advantage.
• Excellent team player Proactive and independent.
• Business Development experience with good networks and experience.
• Good Written and Communication skills.

JOB CONTENT:

1) Weekly management of the Customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.

2) Work and assist the Sales team in managing their Customer pre & post shipment.

3) Support and drive the requirements generated by Customer Bond Constraint Report related to fulfillment of bonded parts in their BIM program.(If applicable)

4) Escalate all their issues or challenges in fulfilling their assigned task to their CSS management in the most appropriate timeline to seek guidance on resolution.

5) Manage customer’s portal update and customized report if required.

6) Update customer production change requirement within Future System to optimize inventory planning.

7) Elevate any potential delivery shortfall to respective sales personnel for awareness and communication.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum requirements: GCE “O” Level or equivalent.

EXPERIENCES

With minimum 2 years of Future & related industries experience, this individual is expected to complete their assigned task in meeting the department objectives & goals

COMPETENCIES

· Accurate data entry skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – especially in Excel

· Good oral and written communication skill

· Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset

· Basic knowledge and understanding of transportation modes (air and ocean)

· Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive
