• Position: Account Manager | Advertising & Publication (Project Management) - Up to $5,000

Main Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements and ensuring the successful execution of projects

• Project Management – Oversee execution of design products, ensuring on time delivery, within budget and to the client’s specifications

Requirements:

Job Overview:

The OKAM has a clear focus on performance management and improvement of operational efficiency while ensuring that service level agreements are fulfilled.

The OKAM is responsible for customer retention and for contributing to Key Account growth.

The OKAM will expand on customer relationships through shipment data analysis, continuous improvement and optimized service offerings proactively addressing concerns.

Responsiblities:

4. Develop and control KPIs and improve data quality by proactive collaboration with Cluster Operations

Qualifications:

1. Has 5 years’ experience with a multi-modal (air & ocean) international logistics company in an operations or client management role is preferred.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software required
3. Knowledge of DB Schenker TMS (TANGO) is preferred

Job Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process for various contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Job Responsibilities

1. Tender Management:

- Coordinate and manage the entire tender process from initial identification of opportunities through to contract award.

Qualifications
