This role will involve overseeing workforce development partnerships and collaborating with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders to promote career awareness and skills development.

The Director will help guide broader strategic goals, including piloting regional programs and building capacity to support the growing IoT field. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential.

This full-time position reports to the Executive Director.

General Purpose of Position:

The role will support the Executive Director by providing analytical and planning advice for areas such as strategic planning, business development, fund-raising, corporate communications, and corporate services.

Strategic Planning

• Supports the ED in driving successful implementation of strategic initiatives of CRL, through supervision of the role’s functional areas.
