3. Assist Salespersons:

• Receive and document client complaints or issues promptly.

5. Arrange PE for Heavy Equipment Inspection:

6. Prepare Weekly Sales Reports:

• Compile data on stock availability, latest Statements of Account (SOA), and rental fleet stock lists.

• Include key metrics and insights for management review and decision-making.

7. Chase Payment for Sales and Rental Units:

• Monitor payment timelines and follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Send reminders and statements as necessary to ensure payments are received within 90 days.
• Document payment status and update financial records accordingly.

8. Provide Assistance to Service Team:

• Support service team members with operational matters as they arise.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.

9. Monitor Drilling Rig Tools & Accessories:

• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintenance tracking for drilling rig tools and accessories.

10. Apply for HDB Permits for Crawler Cranes:

• Initiate and complete applications for Housing Development Board (HDB) permits as required.

11. Ensure Heavy Equipment Insurance Coverage:

• Authority (LTA) requirements for rough terrain cranes.

13. Apply Company Equipment under Bank Hire Purchase:

• Submit applications to designated banks and follow up to ensure timely processing.

Job Description

1. The Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager shall be responsible for the development and implementation of HSE strategies, procedures, training, monitoring and reporting.

2. Ensure overall project safety, environmental & quality plan(s) are properly implementing.

3. Develop and provide training for implementation of the project specific safety and environmental management system;

14. Notify client, either directly or by telephone, immediately on becoming aware of any serious accident likely to result in, or actually resulting in, the death or hospitalization of any personnel on site;

15. Promptly, notify client of any incident that has occurred on site in which any personnel on site has been injured.

16. Conduct / arrange audits in accordance with the requirements of the safety plan.

1. The HSE Manager shall be full-time at the site office upon commencement of any works on site.

2. The HSE Manager shall preferably have 10 years post registration, “hands-on” practical experience in the management of safety on similar major projects in the waste, water, oil and gas or power sections.

3. The HSE Manager shall be Registered WSH officer in Singapore under the Ministry of Manpower and shall have site HSE Management experience on waste, water, oil and gas or power projects with experience in handling multinational work forces.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of engineering functions, both strategically and operationally. Manage Engineering resources and monitoring KPI in alignment with CP’s overall direction. Manage the maintenance of relevant Design, Analysis, and Product Data Management software to achieve high performance, innovative and competitive products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct and coordinate activities of the Engineering Department to design and manufacture the products and systems.

2. Direct the department activities to modify product design and improve production techniques.

Duties and Responsibility:

1. Lead the Safety System Engineering Team in a project.
2. Fully responsible for engineering solutions to produce detailed designs and safety philosophy, HSE plan and specifications for fire protection systems (Active and Passive).
3. Be responsible for the progress of the assigned Safety Engineering scopes and for internal and external.
4. Be responsible for the technical integrity of all Safety Engineering activities and deliverables for work performed through project lifecycle phases and for compliance to project specific performance, integrity, quality and HSE requirements relevant to scope of work.
5. Participate in Process Hazard reviews and analysis including HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies and responsible for actions close-out.
6. Responsible for review Third Party safety studies including FERA, Dispersion analysis, EERA, ESSA, Dropped objects study, QRA studies, etc. Capable to carry out independently similar Safety studies, as required.
7. Carry out Safety critical elements performance standards, RAM, fire and gas detection mapping, etc. based on project requirements.
8. Be responsible for and manage the Safety Engineering technical interfaces with equipment and package suppliers, in coordination with the Safety Engineer, for assigned areas to ensure that the equipment and packages comply with the technical requirements & specifications of and compliance to Client’s Basis of Design, Standards & Project Specifications.
9. Provide the necessary technical support to the Safety Engineer with respect to verification activities by the verification body / classification society or other applicable approving authorities.
10. Continuously seeking to improve working methods, tools and procedures and contribute actively to the Safety Engineering Discipline development and experience transfer.
11. Possess relevant experience with implementing Safety Design Philosophies and Specifications related to Escape and Emergency Response, Active and Passive Fire Protection, Fire and Gas detection, Design Accidental Loads, Emergency Shutdown and Human Factor Engineering.
12. Developing Safety Engineering Deliverables related to Escape Route Layouts, Firewater Calculations and P & IDs, Fire and Gas Drawings, Hazardous Area, Noise Specification and Flare Radiation.

Requirements:
