· Responsible for all Electrical/Instruments/Electronic related matters

· Interpretation of all electrical & instrumentation drawings and coordinate with outsources on panel building, wiring, control sequence and PLC programming etc.

· Generate and prepare electrical wiring diagrams and installation of all electrical wiring works and control panel

· Building of system control panels, distribution/junction boxes

· Servicing, Testing and commissioning of all systems both in-house and on site (local and overseas)

· Setting and calibration of all instruments

· Trouble shooting of all electrical related problems

· Coordinate with production team on electrical installation for built systems

· Coordination with Customer on job related matters

· Provide support to Mechanical Engineer and procurement on technical aspects

· Liaise with suppliers (electrical items)

· Assist in Mechanical services

· Other Ad-hoc Duties when assigned

· Graduate with Electrical Engineering from ITE or Polytechnic

· At least 2 years of related experience

· Knowledge of Control Panel is an advantage

· At times require to attend site job at customer premises

· Transport provided in Boon Lay

· Willing to travel when assigned

- assist store when not doing delivery eg. checking goods, arrange goods

- maintain lorry assigned to you eg check oil / petrol level, ensure cleanliness of lorry

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Able to lead a team of foreign workers
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house keeping
• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
• Supervise and coordinate the activities at project site
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work
• Handle project documentations, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works
• Supervise site progress which includes attending site meetings and discussions
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Stuffing / Unstuffing container (Palletize or Loose)

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment in Marine industry
• Possess N Level Qualification and above
• Must possess valid forklift license (Having Class 3 driving license will be an advantage)
• Able to multi-task, responsible with good working attitude
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be willing to work OT including Sundays and Public Holiday
• Good communication skills: spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for vendor’s proposals
• Liaise with other disciplines and departments to optimize areas of interface, during design development, review and checking processes
• Selection of piping materials, manual valves and special piping items
• Establishing methodologies, schedules and piping material take-off items
• Perform piping planning studies and assist in plot plan and line list developments
• Preparing technical queries and liaise with site personnel
• Review all piping design deliverables and documentation done by designers & drafters

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiar with piping routing practices on pipe racks, sleepers, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, flares and etc.
• Hands of experience of CAESAR II is an advantage
• 3D model design
• Able to perform piping tie-in surveys and piping tie-in design
• Able to perform piping material take-off
• Familiar with respective code of practices for piping design such as ANSI, ASME, API, DEP/PTS
