Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Assurance or Management (preferred).
  
• Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  Proven experience in managing QMS and ISO certification processes in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
  
• Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), or related certifications.
  Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
  Strong experience in conducting audits and leading CAPA processes.
  
• Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Draw Traffic Control Plan based on site observation or information provided by site engineers or project coordinator
• Draw shop drawings and as-built drawing based on information provided by site engineers or project coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reports to Construction Manager.
• To assist in site supervision works.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Coordinate for all submission.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Ensure all legal requirements under Singapore laws are compiled and ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications quality standards statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE).
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in civil construction projects.
• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations. Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, M.S. Project, AutoCAD.
• Candidates with LTA experience preferred

• Prepare shop drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission.
• Assist in attending site meetings and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project administration tasks including document management and progress tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant working experience
• Building Construction Supervision Safety Course certification.
• Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors certification.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage
