We are a renovation contractor company specialising in commercial renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings to understand client requirements and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Oversee interior renovation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Preparation of tender documentations and submissions.
• Review variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report, processing of progress payment and final accounts.
• 5.5 day work week.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Renovation industry.
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a cost consultancy / contracts management environment.
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre and post-contract duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Role and Responsibilities:--

- Coordination of CSD Drawings, technical drawings and detailing and documentations.

- Preparing of shop drawings, construction drawings and as built drawing using BIM/CAD as a timely manner.

- Checking of Sub contractor system CAD Drawings and models and submissions prior to coordination of CSD.

- Liaising with internal projects members , sub contractors , clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction.

- Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.

- Clarifying and raising RFI for any discrepancies.

- Making presentation with BIM related software as required by the project team.

Description

• Source and liaise with new or current supplier in purchasing operation with proper evaluation process such as good quality, service, price competitiveness and others
• Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoring and replenishment in order to fulfill requisition of the respective staff, and job sites
• Send Request for Quote (RFQ) to suppliers, review the quotes & select the most competitive bids
• Negotiate pricing, lead time & contract terms with suppliers
