Job Description

Job Scope:

Sell medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned territories and overall business objectives.

• Call and meet with existing and prospective customers including general practitioners (GPs), hospital doctors, nurses, and hospital teams to make presentations in order to persuade to use Company's medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
• Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
• Provide all necessary on-site technical expertise, knowledge and support to any medical team including all surgeons, nurses, anaesthetists throughout the entire medical procedure in the operating theatre.
• Report on the activities and products of the competitors.
• Maintain relevant customer data, and record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. in appropriate customer relationship management databases.
• Be fully responsible and accountable of the consignment stock and assist the logistics team to ensure that the consignment stock at respective locations are regularly checked and accurate.
• Conduct product training to customers including but not limited to distributors, medical professional, doctors, nurses in assigned territories.
• Have a good knowledge of all products which the Company currently distributes or any other products that the Company may distribute.
• Identify business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
• Work with management to consistently build trust, credibility and consistently strong customer demand and preference for products and services including building Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
• Drives advocacy for products by ensuring up-to-date knowledge of both product and clinical evidence to hospital customers, and by providing the necessary clinical support in the respective accounts.
• Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP.
• Provide regular market/competitor updates.
• Prompt complaints handling adhering to company SOP.
• Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed.
• Participate in the Company’s workshops, coordination of all exhibitions which the Company is involved, and market the Company’s products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices.
• Comfortable working in an Operating Theatre.
• Nursing background is a plus.
• Successful medical sales representatives are highly persuasive and possess strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

You will work closely with the team lead on bundled payments, Population Health Financing (including Capitation) and Healthier SG enrolment initiatives. Your responsibilities include ensuring fair distribution of funding to all affected institutions for bundled payments, analysing bundled episodes using various data sources to simulate financial sustainability, and highlight actionable insights for improvement and change.

You will provide key value-added support to the clinical and operational partners in the bundled payments framework. Additionally, you shall assist the team lead in developing financial policies to support Population Health projects which are closely aligned with bundled payments implementation and Capitation. You will explore funding of Healthier SG enrolment incentives in order to meet the long-term objectives and vision of Population Health. To better support the analytical demands of Population Health Financing and Bundled Payments, you will streamline data-mining processes and leverage data technologies innovatively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting with cross-disciplinary knowledge/ prior experience working with Healthcare Data, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Finance/Business Administration or Data Analytics field
• Prior experience in management accounting, reporting, costing, financial modelling and multi-variate analytics
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP, with some knowledge of data manipulation and visualization applications, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power-pivot DAX, or Python
• Passionate about working with transformational policies, healthcare strategy, and using data sets and BI techniques to mine and uncover new actionable insights

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and post invoices
• Reconcile fee deposited and transacted in ERP system against bank statement
• Verify posting of donation entries in ERP system against bank statement
• Process and update GIRO Application
• Coordinate with clerical officers and shared service team to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries relating to AR transactions
• Generate report and email clerical officers
• Reconcile headcounts against invoices generated by clerical officers
• Prepare and upload into bank system
• Upload successful records into ERP system
• Apply customer deposit for transport subsidy
• Prepare and update audit schedule for Accounts Receivables
• Generate and send AR Ageing reports to departments
• Analyse and follow up with HODs on long outstanding bills
• Follow up with grant providers on grant receivables
• Assist in auditors' queries related to accounts receivables
• IRAS reporting of tax-deductible donations
• Work closely with centres and schools to ensure all information pertaining to invoices generation and transactions created are in order and complete on time for closing
• Maintain a filing system for financial documents
• Review of internal process for improvement
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned

• Certificate in Accounting / relevant certifications with 3 years of relevant experience

• Past experience in Social Service Sector and/or knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an advantage
